Role of National Institutes in Disability (toc)
भारत में Disability Rehabilitation Services को मजबूत बनाने के लिए कई राष्ट्रीय स्तर के संस्थान (National Institutes) स्थापित किए गए हैं। ये संस्थान training, research, rehabilitation, education, assistive technology development और policy support जैसे महत्वपूर्ण कार्य करते हैं।
इन संस्थानों का संचालन मुख्य रूप से Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities
के अंतर्गत किया जाता है, जो Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment का हिस्सा है।
